Jennifer Brown

Jennifer Brown has over 20 years of work experience in the field of research and clinical operations. Jennifer is currently serving as the Director of Clinical Research Operations Quality at the Medical College of Wisconsin, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Research Operations Quality & Effectiveness and Research Program Manager at the same institution. Jennifer also worked as a Clinical Research Manager and Clinical Research Coordinator III from 2012 to 2017.

Before joining the Medical College of Wisconsin, Jennifer worked as a Contract Compliance Specialist Sr. at TrustSolutions LLC from 2007 to 2009. Jennifer started their career as a Research Specialist at the UW Center for Tobacco Research and Intervention in 2001, where they worked until 2007.

Jennifer Brown earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 1997 to 2001. Jennifer also pursued Graduate Studies in Health Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In 2010, Jennifer obtained certification as a Certified Clinical Research Professional from the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA).
