Shelisa Dalton

Shelisa Dalton currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Medical College of Wisconsin, managing a $1.5 billion annual budget since June 2013. Previously, Shelisa held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Children's Specialty Group, overseeing business and clinical operations for a large pediatric specialty practice. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Administrator for the Department of Pediatrics, where strategic growth and operational management were paramount. Prior to these roles, Shelisa worked at the University of Utah in various financial and managerial capacities, and started a career in banking with JCPenney. Shelisa holds an MBA and a BS in Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
