Tessa Rhodes

Tessa Rhodes is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in education, operations management, and community service. Currently serving as the Founding Philanthropic Specialist at the Medical College of Wisconsin since September 2024, Tessa previously held significant roles at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Milwaukee, including Manager of Operations and Work Study Program Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed student support and data management for program success. Experience as a Native English Teacher at Minimundo Lingua and Amslink, along with roles in child care and case management, highlight Tessa's commitment to educational and therapeutic programming. Tessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Service at Marquette University.
