Sandra Deponte

Sandra DePonte has a diverse work experience in the medical industry. Sandra is currently the Head of Quality at Medical Components, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Management Systems Consultant at AlvaMed, Inc. In their previous role as Senior Director, MITG Quality Compliance and Audits at Medtronic, they led quality and compliance management strategies across multiple business sites and initiated continuous improvements in the global QMS process. Sandra also held positions as Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) and Director of Quality Assurance at TYCO HEALTHCARE GROUP LP. Throughout their career, they introduced effective quality management strategies, supported compliance efforts, and conducted global trend analysis to identify areas of improvement.

Sandra DePonte is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern New Hampshire University - online. Sandra is expected to complete their degree in 2021.
