Isha K. Musa

Isha K. Musa has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. They started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Manassas Health & Rehab Center in 2011. In this role, they developed and maintained a human resources system and oversaw record-keeping in compliance with legal requirements. In 2018, they joined Medical Facilities of America, initially as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they were responsible for entering employee information into payroll systems, maintaining employee files, conducting new hire orientations, and analyzing separation trends. They later progressed to become the Director of Human Resources at the same company. Overall, Isha K. Musa has been actively involved in managing HR functions and ensuring compliance with regulations throughout their career.
