Sharonda Johnson

Sharonda Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sharonda is currently the Human Resources Director at Medical Facilities of America, where they oversee the department's daily workflow and provides performance evaluations. Previously, they owned a small business called Lily Reese and worked as a Professional Photographer at SharondaArlise.Co. Sharonda also served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Talent Management at Virginia Union University, where they automated various HR processes. Additionally, they worked as a Contract Chaplain and Chaplain Intern at Mary Washington Healthcare, providing counseling services and spiritual guidance to patients and staff members. Sharonda has also worked as an Index Analyst Supervisor at AIS, in Human Resources at Central Rappahannock Regional Library, and as an Assistant Director at Lifepoint Church. Earlier in their career, they served as an EEO Paralegal/Contracts Specialist at Curtis Lewis and Associates, LLP, and as a Project Intern for the Black Women's Health Imperative.
