Jim Spencer

Jim Spencer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Jim currently holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Medical Guardian since 2023. Prior to that, they were also in the same role at BGB Group in 2022. Jim served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at HealthPRO/Heritage and its parent company Spectrum Professional Services from 2017 to 2022. In 2016, they led all financial and accounting functions at FedBid, Inc. Jim also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at iBiquity Digital Corporation from 2007 to 2016, and as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary at Allion Healthcare from 2002 to 2007. Before that, they gained experience in investment banking at Thomas Weisel Partners, Credit Suisse, ALEX. BROWN AND SONS, and SMITH BARNEY. Throughout their career, Jim Spencer has played a pivotal role in leading finance, accounting, and information technology functions in high-growth companies.

Jim Spencer has a M.B.A in Finance from The Wharton School, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Double; Economics and Management Statistics from the University of Maryland, from 1987 to 1990. Jim Spencer completed their high school education at Magruder High School from 1982 to 1986.
