Wayne Lindo

Wayne Lindo began their career in 1996 as a Front Office Supervisor at The Wyndham Warwick Hotel. Wayne then moved to The Warwick Hotel in 1998 as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. In 2000, they became Human Resources Director and Payroll/General Cashier at the Sheraton Houston Brookhollow Hotel. In 2006, they were Benefits & Employee Relations Manager at The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center. In 2007, they became Human Resources Manager at Select Specialty Hospital - Houston Medical Center. From 2011 to 2013, they were Human Resources/Payroll Manager at Solera @ West Houston - A Transitional Care Facility. Wayne then moved to HCR Manorcare Health Services @ Willowbrook - A Transitional Care Facility as Human Resources Director from 2013 to 2014. Since 2021, they have worked as Human Resources Manager at Medical Informatics Corp., where they coordinate payroll, benefits, and employee leave programs, supervises consultant contract documentation and deliverables, communicates with the PEO, collaborates with department leaders on employee development strategy and employee professional growth preferences, and coordinates with department leadership, the Training Admin and Compliance Department.

Wayne Lindo attended Broward College, where they obtained a Degree in Business Administration & Management.
