Enrique Herrera, SPHR, has over 35 years of experience in human resources management. Enrique currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at MMT since September 2022. Prior to this role, Herrera worked as the Director of HR North America at Lincotek Medical from June 2021 to September 2022. From November 2018 to June 2021, they held the position of Director of Global Human Resources at Owens & Minor International, where they provided HR leadership and support for the Global Products Supply business.

Earlier in their career, Herrera served as the Director of Human Resources for the Americas at Haemonetics from February 2016 to November 2018. Enrique also worked at Philips in various HR roles, including Director of HR Business Partner Global Operations & SCM from 2012 to 2016 and Senior Manager HR Business Partner from 2008 to 2012.

Before their tenure at Philips, Herrera was an HR Business Partner at Philips Consumer Electronics from 2003 to 2007, managing all aspects of HR for a multi-billion-dollar marketing and sales organization. Enrique also held multiple HR Manager positions at Philips, where they were responsible for employee relations, staffing, compensation and benefits, management development, and performance management.

Herrera began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Zenith Electronics Corporation in 1987, where they worked until 1993. Enrique holds the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification, indicating their expertise in the field.

Enrique Herrera, SPHR has a degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez. Enrique also holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their degrees, Enrique has obtained certifications including a Green Belt Certification (GB) from Philips, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
