Michael Fields

Michael Fields is an experienced business development leader and social impact professional with a diverse background in corporate social responsibility, community engagement, and consultancy. Currently, Michael holds positions as a Business Development leader at MM411, where the focus is on partnerships for cannabis education, and as an Advisory Board Member at SeaWeed Naturals, promoting ecological benefits through ethical practices. Michael founded MCF Consulting to develop sustainable social impact programs and previously held leadership roles at Green Thumb Industries, TCC Group, Xylem Inc., and Booz Allen Hamilton. Michael's education includes a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, an MS in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Certificate in Corporate Community Relations from Boston College.
