R&D Engineering Specialist at Medical Murray

Jamie Abbott has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Service Technician at PDR Vacuum Pump Service until 1996. In 1997, they joined Motorola's manufacturing division, where they operated equipment used in semiconductor production. In 1998, they moved to C.R. Bard, where they worked as a Manufacturing and R&D Technician, supporting the development of ePTFE Vascular and Endovascular Stent Graft products. They also contributed to the company's intellectual property by submitting patent disclosures. In 2007, they transitioned to Becton, Dickinson and Company (C.R. Bard), where they held the role of Engineer I. In this position, they supported engineering projects, including new product development, line extensions, and process validations. Their responsibilities included validating new suppliers, equipment, and processes. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Medical Murray as an R&D Engineering Specialist.

Jamie Abbott attended Mesa Community College from 2000 to 2003, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Electromechanical Technology. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, Jamie attended East Valley Institute of Technology and received a Diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician.
