Heather Crown

Heather Crown is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and education. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Medical Mutual since January 2018, Heather previously held the position of Customer Service Representative in the same organization. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Graduate Assistant at Cleveland State University, where supervision of success coaches was a key responsibility, and served as an intern focusing on outreach to at-risk students. Heather’s career began at AT&T, where Heather excelled as a Call Center Supervisor, leading a team of representatives from November 2004 to July 2016. Academically, Heather Crown holds a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
