Tere Koenig

Tere Koenig has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Tere served as the Executive Vice President/Chief Medical Officer at Medical Mutual from 2016, where they were responsible for clinical leadership and the development of medical programs and policies. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Medical Director Government Programs at Medical Mutual in 2015. From 2014 to 2015, Tere Koenig worked as a senior vice president and Chief Medical Officer at The Camden Group, specializing in clinical integration strategies and value-based care delivery models. Tere also held various other roles at The Camden Group, including SVP and VP. Tere Koenig began their career at SummaCare/Summa Health System in 1988, where they served as the Senior Vice President/Chief Medical Officer until 2011.

Tere Koenig pursued their education at The Ohio State University College of Medicine from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a degree in Medicine. Tere then went on to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the healthcare field by attending NEOMED/Baldwin Wallace from 1997 to 1999, earning an MBA with a focus on Healthcare.
