Joaquim Calvo Lerma is a highly experienced researcher currently serving as a postdoctoral investigator at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) since September 2019. In addition, Joaquim is an active committee member of the European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN) and collaborates with the Medical Research Institute Hospital La Fe on various projects, including serving as a Scientific Project Coordinator for the MyCyFAPP project, which focuses on self-management of Cystic Fibrosis. Joaquim has also contributed to the Early Nutrition Project and participated as a weekly guest on À Punt Mèdia's radio program discussing nutrition topics. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Food Science, a Master's in Food Engineering, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Food Science and Technology and Human Nutrition, all from UPV and University of Valencia. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Professor at Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera and as a nutritionist in the Cystic Fibrosis Unit at Hospital Universitario La Fe.
