Previous positions include Delivery Manager and IT Applications Manager at MRN Technologies, where responsibilities involved establishing successful processes for various clinical data solutions and managing IT application development. Prior experience includes roles at Signant Health, focusing on global multiplatform software project management, and at Rentokil Initial, where Fred improved productivity through innovative project solutions. Fred holds a BSc in Chemistry from Cardiff University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Management from the University of Worcester.
