Jorge Taborga

Jorge oversees Medical Solutions’ digital transformation initiatives. This includes product development and innovation, business transformation, merger and acquisition integration, and data science and analytics. He also manages IT applications, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. An accomplished leader in organizational transformation, growth, agility, healthcare, high tech, and cloud services, Jorge has led company-wide digital transformation strategies, developed products and cloud services, re-engineered company-wide business processes, implemented enterprise-wide IT systems, and integrated multiple company acquisitions. Before joining Medical Solutions, Jorge has held several leadership positions with numerous technology companies. Most recently, he served as managing partner at Team Adaptability, a team effectiveness consultancy, and worked with Omnicell, serving as their executive vice president of product development, and as vice president of manufacturing, quality, and information technology. Jorge holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems from Saybrook University. He teaches graduate courses at Carnegie Mellon University and Presidio Graduate School.
