Katherine Verbeck

Katherine Verbeck currently serves as the Director of Benefits & Compensation - Total Rewards at HSM, a position held since May 2023, where responsibilities include strategic oversight of benefits and compensation programs. Katherine is also a Member of the Board of Advisors at the Medical Tourism Association®, providing expertise on medical tourism for self-funded employers. Additional experience includes roles at Samsung Austin Semiconductor as a Senior Benefits Analyst and at Conduent HR Services as a Senior Analyst in Benefits Administration. Katherine began a career in the industry at Unum as a Senior Disability Benefits Specialist and has a BA in Humanities from Purchase College, SUNY, and an AA in Liberal Arts from Dutchess Community College.
