Franco C.

Franco C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple healthcare organizations. In 2012, they started working at the University of Pennsylvania Health System as a Radiology Data Coordinator. Franco then moved to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where they held various roles, including Patient Services Representative, Assistant Practice Manager, Practice Liaison, Manager of Patient Cost Estimation, and Manager of Patient Financial Experience. In 2020, Franco joined the Medical University of South Carolina as the Director of Patient Financial Services. Franco later became the Executive Director of Digital Transformation & Patient Financial Services and currently holds the position of Executive Director of Digital Transformation Strategy & Operations.

Franco C. holds a Master of Healthcare Administration degree with a specialization in Ethics and Informatics from Saint Joseph's University. Franco also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations/Journalism from Immaculata University. Additionally, Franco has completed coursework in Communications at Delaware County Community College.
