Jon Mayer

Jon Mayer, PT, DPT, CSCS, currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the College of Charleston since January 2025 and has been the Physical Therapist Team Lead at the Medical University of South Carolina since January 2020. Previously, Jon Mayer held positions as a Physical Therapist II and a Physical Therapist at the same institution. Experience also includes serving as a Physical Therapist at FOX Rehabilitation from March 2018 to January 2020 and as an Adjunct Professor of Human Anatomy and Physiology at Rosemont College from August 2018 to January 2019. Prior roles include Physical Therapist at Excel Physical Therapy and Fitness, and various student physical therapist positions at UPMC, where Jon Mayer gained significant clinical exposure and experience. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy Exercise Science from Immaculata University.
