Marilyn Lam

Marilyn Lam, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Marilyn began their career at Lesley University as a Resident Director in 2008 before transitioning to various roles at Boston Children's Hospital, including Certified Pharmacy Technician, Lead Pharmacy Technician in the Emergency Room, and finally as a Supply Chain Coordinator in Pharmacy. In 2022, Marilyn joined Medically Home, where they held positions as Director of Operations Network and Director of Network Quality, Strategic Market Operations. Through their roles, Marilyn has developed a strong background in healthcare operations, supply chain management, and strategic market operations.

Marilyn Lam earned their Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Lesley University in 2008. Marilyn then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Ohio University in 2020. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification in 2023.
