In collaboration with Atrius Health and VNA Care, they have built a new care delivery model, operational capability and technology platform that is scalable and high-touch.
Raphael’s background in manufacturing and renewable energy engineering/operations is broad, having designed, re-designed or operated +300 manufacturing facilities around the world and founded and operated large domestic and international renewable energy companies. This experience has given him the perspective needed to see the potential for large scale healthcare delivery re-engineering.

Raphael Rakowski attended Herbert H. Lehman College from 1969 to 1973, earning a bachelor's degree in political science and government. During their time at Lehman, Rakowski was active in student government and worked to improve parking regulations on campus. Raphael also interned for the City of New York government, investigating nursing home fraud in the Bronx. In their senior year, they won an international fellowship from the Rotary Foundation to study the Holocaust in Germany.
