Garen Cox

Garen Cox joined Medicalodges in 1976 after graduation from law school and managed all legal affairs of the Company as its General Counsel. In 2003 Garen was elected as the Company’s President, CEO, and General Counsel. Mr. Cox has assisted in leading the Company through the transition to an ESOP company and in expanding the lines of business, while handling issues involving development and acquisitions, employment, workers’ compensation, and insurance. His unique set of talents as an attorney and executive officer provide a perspective that creates a focus on quality care and operating performance. His presence in the health care industry provides expertise not only at the state and local level but, by serving on several significant committees for the American Health Care Association, on a national level. Mr. Cox provides the leadership and vision to guide the Company through a constantly changing health care market.
