Barry Pope

Barry Pope currently serves as the Manager of Application Integration & Process Development and Database Administrator at Medicat since April 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Systems Integration at Healthcare IQ, focusing on developing internal standards, enhancing customer onboarding, and improving existing tools, from May 2015 to January 2024. Barry held multiple positions at Tampa General Hospital between February 2005 and April 2015, including Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and IT Applications Manager, where responsibilities encompassed strategic reporting metrics development and management of enterprise content systems. Additional experience includes positions at Z-Tel Communications, Trinsic Communications, and T3 Technologies in telecommunications analysis and business representation. Barry obtained a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
