Cornelie Ritsma is currently an advisor at Medichem S.A. but has held many other notable positions throughout their career. Cornelie was previously a member of the supervisory board for Pantarhei Bioscience B.V., and before that, a member of the Global Executive Team for Generic Medicines at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Prior to their work at Teva, Ritsma spent 15 years at GSK in strategy and commercial operations. There, they became the Centre of Excellence Respiratory Europe and Head Marketing Respiratory before eventually moving into various marketing and sales management positions in anti-infectives and critical care. Her career began at C.E. Ritsma before moving to Smithkline Beecham where they spent one year as a Vaccine R&D Manager.
Cornelie Ritsma has a Master of Science in Medical Biology from the University of Groningen and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
