Miguel Pagan Fernandez

On July 1, 2018, I joined STADA Arzneimittel AG as Chief Technical Officer. I am responsible for the Global Technical Organization and member of the Executive Board of the Company. Global Technical Operations includes Global Supply Chain, Internal Manufacturing Operations, External Supply Operations, Global Purchasing, Global Quality, Science & Technology, and Operational Excellence.

With more than 29 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, I have been responsible for Global Organizations providing long-term strategic planning, vision, and building high-performing teams. I have led diverse teams with a proven track record of increasing performance, competitiveness, and operational results while keeping a positive work environment and people engagement.

Most recently, I worked at SANDOZ as Head of Global Technical Operations and Global Head of Solids & Special Tech at Novartis. Previously, I was responsible for all SANDOZ production sites in Europe and India and was formerly Vice President of Americas Operations at Merck&Co (Merck Sharp & Dohme).
