About the Role: The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy in order to increase brand awareness, drive utilization of Medici services and support business objectives. This role will grow a team of marketing professionals and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.

What you will work on

  • Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, sales, account management and product teams.
  • Build and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, coaching, and guidance to support individual and team performance.
  • Lead the development and strategizing of marketing plans and campaigns that make personal human connections with members and drive acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand patient needs and preferences, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Identify, collect, monitor and analyze key data to unlock insights and adjust to what matters most to our members.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply knowledge to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in developing and executing traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge of productivity tools like MS Office or Google Workspace
