Ben Cheikh Haythem

Ben Cheikh Haythem is an experienced IT professional with a focus on network management and support. Since September 2020, Ben has served as chargé parc informatique at Medicis, following a similar role at Teriak from June 2019 to September 2020. Prior experience includes working as a technicien supérieur réseaux at laboratoire teriak and a technicien informatique during a project internship at RFC, where responsibilities included network architecture implementation using Hyper-V and server application service failover configuration. Training in technical support at RFC involved hands-on tasks such as server setup, installation, and user account management in Active Directory. Ben holds a degree in Informatique from ISET Menzel Abderrahmen and a Technicien supérieur en réseaux informatiques from CSFT.
