Stephan Bouman has a wealth of experience in various roles within the life science and research fields. Stephan currently serves as the Head of Project Portfolio Management at Medicon Valley Alliance, where Stephan plays a crucial role in the organization's strategy and development. Prior to this, Stephan held positions at Novo Nordisk, where Stephan managed collaboration programs with universities and served as a Team Leader & Senior Scientist in global research. Stephan also has experience in leadership and training at Junior Chamber International and conducted in-depth research as a PhD Researcher at the University of Groningen.
