Dominik Wieczorek

Dominik Wieczorek serves as the Human Resources Director and Head of HRBP at Medicover Polska since October 2016, overseeing all HR functions within the Business Services Subdivision, encompassing diverse areas such as Operations, Sales, and Customer Service. Prior to this role, Dominik contributed as an HR Business Partner for the Commercial Area and supported the Funding Division at Medicover, aiding over 400 employees. Previous experience includes a position as a Psychometrician at the Psychological Test Laboratory, ownership of iTest HR developing sales competency assessments, and an HR Manager role at Skrivanek Poland. Dominik's educational background includes ongoing Executive MBA studies at Kozminski University, a Postgraduate Degree in Professional Coaching, and a Master's in Personnel Psychology.
