Paweł Średziński

Paweł Średziński has work experience in various companies and roles. Paweł started their career in TETA HR Center in 2001, working as a Consultant and Project Coordinator until 2004. Paweł then joined Makro Cash and Carry Poland, where they held the roles of Compensation and HR Tools Manager from 2006 to 2011, and later became the Head of Compensation Policy and HR Systems until 2017. Since 2017, Paweł has been working at Medicover Poland as the Group Compensation and People Analytics Director.

Paweł Średziński received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources from The Oxford Brookes University in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained another Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania w Warszawie - The Polish Open University in 2009.
