Sanjay Jat

Sanjay Jat is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership across various sectors, including EdTech and DairyTech. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Medicover since August 2021, Sanjay previously held the AGM-HR position at Nalanda Learning Systems Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included shaping HR strategies and managing key HR operations for a growing startup. Prior experience includes significant HRBP roles at NDDB Dairy Services, overseeing HR functions for over 2000 employees across multiple manufacturing plants, and a decade at Bharti Enterprises, where Sanjay contributed to workforce management for over 3000 employees. Sanjay holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master of Social Work in Psychology from the Indore School of Social Work.
