Level 2 Support at Medicus Solutions

Charles Parry started their work experience in 2016 as a Helpdesk Technician at Ellucian, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Orlando Orthopaedic Center as an IS Helpdesk Support Specialist – Tier 1 until 2019. Charles then joined Medicus IT in 2019 as an Associate Systems Engineer II and later became a Level 2 Support. Charles is currently working in this role.

Charles Parry obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida. Charles attended the university from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, in June 2022, they received the MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
