Esmerita Sepulveda-Lusky, MBA has a strong background in human resources, with experience working in various leadership roles at companies like Medidata Solutions, Prudential Financial, Unilever, and Merck & Co. Esmerita currently serves as the Global Head of People at Medidata Solutions, where Esmerita previously held the title of Head of Global People Business Partners, PMO & HR Communications. Esmerita holds a BA in Literature and Psychology from Cornell University, an MBA from the University of Maryland - Smith School of Business, and has completed an Executive Development Program at INSEAD.
