Meghna Kaushik

Meghna Kaushik currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Medidata Solutions, leading the People Business Partners, Strategy, Programs, and Communications since August 2022. Prior to this role, Meghna was the Senior Director of People Business Partner for R&D and People Strategy & Programs at Organon from June 2021 to August 2022. Meghna's experience at Merck includes various positions from October 2016 to February 2021, culminating as Associate Director, Global HR Business Partner for multiple divisions, including IT and Animal Health. Earlier, Meghna held senior HR roles at PwC from September 2006 to August 2016, and began a career in HR as an Analyst at Deloitte from February 2004 to December 2005. Academically, Meghna holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Welingkar Institute of Management and has degrees in Modern British Literature and English from the University of Mumbai and St. Xavier's College, respectively.
