Chantal McDonald has extensive work experience in the health and wellbeing industry. Chantal started their career in 2005 with FirstAssist Services Ltd., where they worked in implementation and account management roles. In 2010, their role expanded to include account management. Chantal then joined Capita in 2011 as an account manager, handling larger accounts and working on various projects. In 2012, they moved to FirstCare Absence Management as an account manager before joining Medigold Health in 2013.
