Aimee Campbell

Aimee Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aimee is currently the Chief People Officer at Medik8, where they are transforming the HR landscape to support the brand's growth and future development. Aimee also took on the role of CCXO at Medik8. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of People at Maker&Son, where they successfully implemented innovative restructuring measures that resulted in a 40% cost savings within a short period. Aimee's previous experience includes working at Unilever in various HR roles, such as HR Director – Global Marketing | Digital Transformation | Careers and Global Change & Comms Manager for HR Services & Technology. Aimee has also worked as a rowing coach at Claire's Court School and Headington School, and as a recreational assistant at RBWM.

Aimee Campbell's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Philosophy & Physiology from the University of Oxford, which they earned from 2008 to 2011. Aimee is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2023.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Aimee has obtained several certifications. In February 2021, they became a Mental Health First Aider through the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England institution. In July 2019, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional certification from ICAgile. Moreover, in July 2015, Aimee obtained a Level 7 certification in Human Resource Management from CIPD.
