Lilia Santos is the Chief Financial Officer at Medik8 since June 2013, where Lilia works closely with the Board of Directors, CEO, and senior leaders to determine the company's future direction. Prior to that, Lilia served as the Head of Finance, Human Resources & Quality at a growing operation, and as a Business Development Manager at Corporate Research and Investigations Group. With experience as a Managing Partner at Rudder - Investment & Management Solutions and as a Financial, Human Resources and Quality Manager at Operscut, S.A., Lilia has a strong background in finance, HR, and quality management. Lilia also has experience as a Finance & Accounting Lecturer and holds an MBA, Post Graduation in International Marketing, and a BSc in Management.
