Dr. Philipp Naegelein

Dr. Philipp Naegelein has extensive work experience in a variety of fields. In 2021, they became the Managing Partner of Zebra Embassy. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Co-Founder of XO Life, a platform connecting patients, medical professionals, and pharmaceutical companies to capture data on drug effectiveness and safety in real-time. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Board Member of investiert AG. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Management Team and Doctoral Candidate at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). From 2012 to 2013, they were the Co-Founder of PLUSME UG, where they started out with a mobile application for event planning and ticketing, made it to the finals of NYC Next Idea Business Plan competition, secured business angel financing, had a few thousand users, pivoted to B2B event software, and acquired paying business clients. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Investment Intern at SevenVentures. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Student Consultant at OSRAM. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Research Analyst with Prof. Dr. Kretschmer on the project "Worker Flow and IT" working with STATA at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München. Finally, from 2010 to 2011, they were a Product Development Intern at Gogol Publishing and an Audit & Tax Intern at Rödl & Partner from 2009 to 2010.

Dr. Philipp Naegelein has a long and varied educational history. Dr. Philipp began their studies in 2008 at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Műnchen, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2012. Dr. Philipp then went on to HEC Paris, where they obtained a Master of Science in Strategic Management in 2013. In 2016, they were a Visiting Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley School of Information. Dr. Philipp also visited Columbia University in 2010 and obtained a Graduate Certificate from the Software Campus in 2016. Finally, they obtained their Dr. oec. publ. from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Műnchen in 2017 from the Institute for E-Commerce & Digital Markets.
