Tianle Redanz

Tianle Redanz holds both a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA for Executives in Health Care from Yale University. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development in the U.S. at MediLink Therapeutics, Tianle has an extensive background in business development roles across various companies, including Organon as Executive Director of Women’s Health Business Development and Nuance Pharma as Vice President of Business Development. Previous positions include Associate Director of Business Development at Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America and Director of Business Development at Simcere Pharmaceutical Group. Early career experience encompasses roles ranging from Key Account Manager at DiscoveRx to Research Scientist at PTC Therapeutics. Academic foundations were laid at the University of Rhode Island as a Teaching and Research Assistant and at Peking University Health Science Center, where Tianle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
