Sophie Levinson has extensive work experience in compliance and production roles. Sophie is currently serving as the Head of GMP Compliance at Medimor since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ben Shimon Floris Ltd as a Technologist in Food Supplement Production, where they were responsible for improving operations and updating cleaning and production instructions. Sophie joined Ben Shimon Floris Ltd in 2013 and continued to work there as a Production Technologist and Standards Regulator until June 2022. Sophie's earlier experience includes working as a Process and Cleaning Validation Engineer at Dexcel Pharma from 2006 to 2013, where they were involved in writing validation reports and analyzing process information.
Sophie Levinson obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Food Science and Biotechnology Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004.
