Costantino Elmo

Costantino Elmo is an experienced Project Manager at MEDINOK S.P.A. since January 2014, with a career at Medinok spa starting in 2002. Costantino has managed various significant projects, including the LTE project for Ericsson/Telecom Italia, overseeing the implementation of approximately 600 sites, and has been involved in multiple site realizations and infrastructure adaptations for Telecom Italia. Additional roles include the management of micro-wave projects for several telecom operators and involvement in the modernization projects, such as the swap from Siemens to Ericsson. Prior to this, Costantino worked as an installer and tester at Intelna srl, with experience in installing and testing radiating systems. Costantino's educational background includes a degree from IPSIA in Mechanical Industries, attained between 1984 and 1989.
