Gary Thompson

Gary Thompson has a strong background in data architecture and integration. Gary is currently working as the Head of Data Architecture at Mediolanum Irish Operations since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bank of Ireland as a Data Integration Lead Architect from January 2018 to February 2022. Gary also has extensive experience at IBM, where they held various roles including Technical Manager and Solution Architect from January 2016 to December 2017, Information Architect - Industry Models from October 2012 to December 2015, and Managing Consultant from October 2002 to October 2012. Gary started their career as an IT Consultant at PwC from October 1998 to October 2002.

Gary Thompson completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information and Knowledge Management from Dublin Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin between 1994 and 1998.
