Geoff Marr

Geoff brings over a decade of legal experience at top Canadian brands and on Bay Street. Most recently he held a senior position at Canada Goose, where he was a strategic legal and business advisor for the company’s first retail store openings, e-commerce expansion, supply chain initiatives, and its launch into China and Hong Kong. He also supported the business through its IPO process on the TSX and NYSE. Geoff has a strong background in marketing and intellectual property law, and ran Canada Goose’s global IP and brand protection programs. Prior to Canada Goose, Geoff was in-house counsel for Tim Hortons, and a corporate lawyer in private practice, working in venture capital and M&A.
