Samantha Rogers has held various roles in the field of Human Resources. Samantha began their career as a Human Resources Manager at VIVO Cannabis Inc. in May 2017 and continued in that position until January 2019. From January 2019 to February 2021, they served as the Head of Human Resources Operations at the same company. In February 2021, they were promoted to Director of People and Culture and held this position until April 2023. Following their time at VIVO Cannabis Inc., Samantha worked as a Human Resources Advisor for Small Business Clients starting in January 2020. Currently, they are the Director of People and Culture at MediPharm Labs, a position they started in April 2023.

Samantha Rogers holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Queen's University, which they obtained in the years 2011-2016. In 2016-2017, they pursued further education at Queen's University and completed their Master's degree in Industrial Relations. Samantha also has a professional certification as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) obtained in April 2023 through the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
