Mathijs Diebels has extensive experience in customer care and business management, currently serving as Manager Customer Care Support and Manager Customer Experience & Support at Mediq since April 2018. Prior to this role, Mathijs held various positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from April 2006 to April 2018, including Business Consultant Business Support and Business Manager. Mathijs began their career as a Resource Planner/Traffic Manager at VGZ-IZA from January 2003 to April 2006, specializing in workforce management. Mathijs holds a Drs/Msc degree in Business Studies from Radboud University, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
