Maja Rojsek

Maja Rojsek has extensive work experience in human resources management. From 2015 onwards, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Medis, where their responsibilities included managing and developing the HR department, overseeing the regional workforce in 10 countries, and implementing development programs and strategies to support business needs. Prior to that, they worked at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company as an HR Manager from 2013 to 2014 and as an Acting HR Manager & HR Business Partner to the Commercial department from 2009 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at MKT Print, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as preparing labor legislation, personnel documentation, job classification, wages policy, safety and health procedures, and providing administrative support to the Head of HR Department.

Maja Rojsek obtained a Master's degree in Sociology with a specialization in HR Management from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences. Maja studied there from 1995 to 2001.
