Alexandra Pigeon

Alexandra Pigeon's work experience includes a current role as a Customer Success Associate at Medisafe® starting in February 2023. Before that, they worked at MEDITECH as a Senior Implementation Specialist from October 2019 to February 2023. Alexandra also gained experience as a Customer Success Intern at Neurala from May 2019 to October 2019. Alexandra started their career as a Technical Writing Intern at Oracle from May 2018 to May 2019, where they authored and improved documentation for Oracle Health Sciences software products. Alexandra's earlier experience includes being Editor In Chief at The Amherst Wire from September 2015 to December 2018, where they managed a team, oversaw content production, and acquired photo content. Alexandra also worked as a Student Ambassador at UMass Amherst Annual Fund from January 2017 to May 2018, where they fundraised over $30,000 and connected with alumni and friends of the university.

Alexandra Pigeon completed their high school education at Rockland High School from 2015 to 2019. During the same period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
