Fariya Shaik

Fariya Shaik's work experience includes working as a Medical Associate at MediSage starting from October 2021, and their role continues to the present. Fariya also worked as a Medical Associate at MediSage from October 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they completed an internship at Goldfish pharma pvt.Ltd for two months from June 2018 to July 2018.

In 2019-2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Pharmacy Practice at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research.

From 2015 to 2019, they attended Ratnam Institute of Pharmacy, where they obtained their Bachelor of Pharmacy degree majoring in Pharmacy.

In 2013-2015, they attended Sri Chaitanya Junior College, Gayathri Nagar, Nellore, and completed their +12 education in the field of Bipc.

Before that, in 2013, they completed their 10th standard at Sai Chaithanya E.M School, Nellore.

Additionally, Fariya Shaik has obtained several certifications, including "Causality Assessment of Case Series," "Causality Assessment of Single Case Safety Reports," "Collecting High-Quality ADR Reports," "ICH Good Clinical Practice E6 (R2)," "Introduction to Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance," "Introduction to Signal Detection," and "Statistical Reasoning and Algorithms in Pharmacovigilance." Fariya obtained these certifications in February 2023 from Uppsala Monitoring Centre and The Global Health Network.

Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Medical Writing from CliMed Research Solutions LLP in August 2022. Fariya is also a Registered Pharmacist accredited by the Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council - APPC since October 2019.

Lastly, in April 2012, they received a certification in Introduction to Clinical Research from The Global Health Network, and in February 2023, they obtained a certification in Good Clinical Practice from NIDA Clinical Trials Network.
