Ash Botten

Ash Botten currently serves as the Executive Vice President for EMEA at Medius, starting in July 2024. Previously, Botten held the position of Vice President for Europe at Tipalti from May 2021 to June 2024. Botten was also a member of Revenue Collective during the same time frame. At Peach, from January 2013 to March 2021, Botten led a team of approximately 115 FTEs across sales, account management, operations, marketing, managed services, and customer success, achieving 200% revenue growth from 2015 to 2020. Botten's earlier career includes roles at Meltwater, where leadership spanned across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, contributing to double-digit year-on-year growth. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership Programme from Stanford University, a Finance for Non-Finance Executives program at London Business School, and a degree in Psychology with Sport Psychology from Canterbury Christ Church University.
