Edward Masson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Edward has held various leadership roles in marketing operations and demand centers for several companies. Edward has experience in defining, optimizing, and scaling global growth marketing operations strategies, lead management processes, and Go-To-Market systems infrastructure. Edward has also focused on building sales and marketing operations reporting functions, developing key marketing strategies, and implementing operational processes to improve KPIs. Edward has successfully led international teams and provided strategic guidance for marketing funnel and pipeline measurement. Additionally, they have experience in web management, e-learning multimedia design, and graphic design.

Edward Masson obtained a BA in Visual Communication from All American University in 2003. Prior to that, they completed a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design/Computer Studies/Visual Communication from North East Scotland College between 1991 and 1995. Edward has also obtained multiple certifications from Marketo, including Marketo Certified Expert in 2015, Marketo Certified Consultant in 2014, and Marketo Analytics Expert in 2013.
